We are in the process of forming committees. You are encouraged to volunteer.

Tenant/ Lease Screening Committee: | Evaluates proposed lease contracts and proposed tenants. | |

New Resident Welcome Committee: | Welcomes new residents and reviews rules and regulations with them. | |

Punch List Committees: | Groups who will make a list of items which should be repaired in each building. | Currently maintained by the Building Coordinators |

Gate Committee | Approves and authorizes code changes. Follows up on maintenance problems. | Currently maintained by Sentry Management |
